Event Terms & Code of Conduct


Participants must act with courtesy and respect toward the public, venue staff, and fellow attendees. This applies both inside and outside the venue during the event period. Conduct that harms others, damages property, violates the law, or is deemed inappropriate may result in denied entry or removal.


All participants are deemed to have reviewed, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Code of Conduct before attending. Anyone who does not agree may not participate.


The organizer reserves the right to refuse participation and to require anyone to leave the event for any reason.

However, this does not apply to discriminatory reasons based on race, gender, nationality, religion, sexual orientation, etc.


Respect all participants, instructors, and staff. Harassment, threats, discrimination, sexual harassment, disruption, loud behavior, or unauthorized procedures are prohibited.


Expressions that create misunderstandings or inaccuracies; promotion that distorts or exaggerates event content in a manner contrary to the organizer's intentions; expressions that misrepresent the role of those involved, instructors, or the event itself.


Do not attend under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Disclose relevant health conditions in advance. Follow staff instructions at all times.


Video or audio recording during classes is prohibited. Resale or redistribution of educational content is prohibited. Photography requires clear permission from all relevant parties.


Sales, solicitation, or business activity at the venue is prohibited without organizer approval.


This event is generally for ages 18 and over. Minors are generally prohibited unless individually approved in advance.


Violations may result in a warning, immediate removal without a refund, and/or a ban from future events.


Participation is at the attendee’s own risk. Organizers are not responsible for accidents or disputes caused by participant negligence, except in cases of clear organizer fault.
